Relationship partner training
Danish law firm, LETT, works with a large number of leading banks and financial Institutions in Denmark and abroad, working closely with other top international law firms. Recognising the importance of client relationship management the firm wanted to better understand standards for service delivery and relationship management.
Tim Nightingale shared Nisus’s various research findings including studies into the drivers of effective professional services marketing, brand differentiation and also implementing the net promoter score in client satisfaction measurement.
The research findings were presented at the firm’s annual partner conference. The recommendations made enabled the firm to define its business objectives in managing client relationships and to improve client care.
