Over the past fifteen years, Mark has programmed surveys for a wide range of industries, respondents and agencies, giving him extensive depth and breadth of experience in market research. His work has ranged from programming surveys for executives to analysing how to engage underserved and diverse communities with cultural institutions including TATE, MOMA and the Natural History Museum.
Between running after his two small boys, Mark loves climbing and bouldering, and travelling to the Algarve and Porto. He is currently attempting to master the language with the aid of his Portuguese wife.
