With Nisus since 2016, Beth has been involved in dozens of client research projects across the legal, accountancy and property sectors. Working collaboratively with external agencies, Beth produces our annual legal market report, editing content and managing all aspects of production.


Beth supports all stages of a client feedback project from managing client contact databases and improving online response rates, through to coding interview transcripts, production of client presentations and reports.


In life before Nisus, Beth worked for an employee benefits organisation, marketing and distributing gift cards and e-gifts for several retail brands. The rewards industry is focused on delivering a tangible benefit to clients, customers and employees, a strong foundation for Beth moving into client listening within professional services.


After completing her A Levels, Beth launched straight into the working world, before completing a further education Foundation Certificate in Marketing two years later. The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) certificate focused on customer communications, which Beth completed with a Distinction.


Beth loves to indulge in all things creative, from baking to knitting, curtain making to painting. Completing her first half-marathon in 2018, she's also an occasional runner and loves few things more than walks around the Sussex countryside.
