Dorotea has worked across Europe, in her native Italy, in Germany and in the UK, in a variety of strategic management and research roles. Her experience spans both sides of market research activity. As well as leading research teams and developing market research strategies, Dorotea has played key roles in using data-driven insights to shape marketing, product and digital strategies for FMCG, digital, Fintech and retail businesses.
Having cut her teeth at the Bocconi Centre for Research on Innovation, Organisation and Strategy whilst still a student, Dorotea’s professional roles have spanned management consultancy, business operations analysis and digital strategy consultancy as well as a brief stint as a language tutor.
Dorotea gained her BSc in International Economics and Finance at Bocconi University in Milan and has also studied strategic management at London School of Economics.
A recent convert to rock climbing, Dorotea also loves hiking and travelling. She makes the most of remote working to be something of a digital nomad. She’s also an amateur baker and a big foodie – two characteristics she credits to her Italian roots.
